The importance of privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Your information, whether public or private, that you provide to us will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason other than for the expressed purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
The information we gather
When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
We may use your personal information in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions and fulfill your orders.
- To send periodic e-mails. The e-mail address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional our news & updates, promotions and our latest product releases.
- To help us address any problems and improve our website or customer services, in order to enhance your shopping experience.
How we protect your information
Our processes use modern technology to secure transactions and other activities. Despite our constant efforts that we and our associates employ, we cannot guarantee 100% safety from possible intruders or malicious software that might have attacked our installations or your hardware and software before knowing about it.
We are not responsible or liable for any third-party sites and mechanisms that monitor on/off –line activity. These sites have separate and independent privacy policies and we therefore hold no responsibility or liability for the content and activity of these linked sites.
Online payment policy
Payments for purchase can be made directly to our bank account via a direct bank transfer or through recognized financial mechanisms. Possible charges that may apply depend on each financial service facilitators. By using our site you accept our terms and conditions as well as our policies which are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the site visitor to review the current terms.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Although our products are checked for their quality a possibility of something wrong in the final product is not impossible. If you discover any problem with the purchased product that has to do with its assembly or make please let us know by sending an e-mail addressing the problem before you send the product back. We will examine your request and if the problem hasn’t occurred from the transportation, misuse or abuse we will refund or exchange your purchase.
You can return unused and/or unwanted items for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of your goods.
- Please include a copy of your invoice, and the reason for the return.
- This applies only to items that have been purchased directly from EXALLO online shop (no third-party retail purchases).
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is in good condition and repackaged with all original elements.
- In the case of exchange, please provide billing information to cover any difference in the new product’s cost.
- All domestic orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. The cost is 4€. For orders above 100€ the shipping costs are free.
- All orders within the European Union are shipped via express registered post airmail within 5–7 business days. The cost is 5€. For orders above 150€ the shipping costs are free.
- Any other international orders are shipped via registered port airmail, 7–14 business days. The cost is 5€. For orders above 150€ the shipping costs are free.
Costs may vary depending on type and quantity of shipment. Although we take great care of each order, we have no control over the shipping process or any actions taken by customs offices. Any imposed taxes that may occur depend on the local laws and regulations of the importing country.
Please understand that every piece of wood is different to each other. Therefore, some of our wooden accessories won’t be exactly alike. Product photos on EXALLO website should be used as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Small differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to EXALLO’ s handcrafted manufacturing process.
EXALLO warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to determine manufacturing defects, and require a proof of purchase from an authorized dealer or our online shop in order to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
